Choose your delivery location within the Flinko service area.
Open the app and set your delivery address. Flinko uses it to show only the sellers and stock that can reach you, so everything you see is actually available nearby.

Browse & Select
Browse products, groceries, food and everyday essentials from available local sellers.
Search directly or move through the categories — groceries, restaurants and food, fruit and vegetables, chicken and meat, dairy, medicines, snacks and beverages, personal care, bakery, household, baby care and pet care. Add what you need to the cart as you go.

Place Your Order
Add your items to the cart and choose your preferred payment method — Cashfree, COD or Flinko Wallet.
Confirm the delivery address, check the order summary and pay. The order goes to the seller straight away so picking can start.

- Order summary and any delivery charge shown before you confirm
- Confirmation as soon as the seller accepts
Get It Delivered
Your order is prepared and delivered to your selected location within the available delivery window.
A delivery partner collects the order and brings it to your door. Follow the status in the Orders tab from the moment it is accepted until it arrives. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with distance, availability, traffic and weather.

- Cancellations and order issues
- You can cancel before the order reaches the delivery stage. Once it is out for delivery, cancellation is not available. Please check your order at delivery and report any valid issue straight away so it can be resolved.
